We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, land clearing, hardscape installation, and firewood delivery for residential and commercial properties throughout South Jersey. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, without prior notice to you. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of our Services. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in the signed contract between you and the Company or during the purchase process on our website. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and/or interest charges as stipulated in the contract or on our website.

We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). We also work with insurance companies on storm damage claims and can provide the documentation needed for your claim.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights on our website and Services are the property of Heitz Tree Service LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any such content, trademarks, or logos is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any content you submit or post while using our Services and agree not to submit any content that is:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heitz Tree Service LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cumberland County, New Jersey for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services.

10. Mobile Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number, you are enrolling in the Heitz Tree Service Alerts Program, which will send you appointment reminders and important notifications related to your services. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

10.1 Description of SMS Use Cases

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Heitz Tree Service LLC for the following purposes:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Service status updates and arrival notifications
  • Emergency storm response and urgent service needs
  • Quote and estimate notifications
  • General communication related to your tree services

Message frequency may vary based on your service activity but will not exceed 4 messages per month on average.

10.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out:

Upon sending "STOP," we will send you a final SMS message to confirm your unsubscribe status. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

10.3 Rejoining

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially on our website or by contacting our support team, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

10.5 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you receive will vary based on your service activity and communication preferences, but will not exceed 4 messages per month on average.

You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. For questions about your text messaging or data plan, contact your wireless service provider.
